So then it’s time again for another round of the news from our side of the world. As I sit here writing I feel that this is going to be more like a diary from the past weeks peaking into the future rather than a common newsletter but we’ll see how it turns out in the end.

LOVE PARADE

During the past weeks we’ve been very occupied producing music and dealing with organizers as the next gig in the schedule is closing in fast. The Love Parade in Berlin seems to be the largest event ever to take place in the history of our band  (and probably of our lives as well) so the personal prestige pressure we’ve got on our shoulders right now is huge. It’s not that any other gig is less important than this one, not at all. But some how we feel that if we screw up in Berlin we’re probably screwed for good. All the proper contracts are signed and all we need to deal with now is to get the plane tickets to Berlin and get there in time. As of now we’re still not quite sure of the exact times we’ll be on stage but we do know that we’ll be on during prime time most probably to be aired in European TV and radio stations as well as world wide ones! Like I’ve been writing before the Love Parade in Berlin had about 1,500,000 visitors last year (1999) and as far as I’ve heard at least that amount is expected this year as well. The promoting organizer that booked us for the Love Parade is called European Entertainment and this year their party is called ‘Paradise City IV’. Last year (1999) they sold about 18,000 tickets to their party area and this year they’re aiming at about 15,000 sold tickets. In other words...  a shit load of people ;). We will be on stage in the main area at this party that is located in the centre of the party during Friday and probably Sunday (July 07 & 09) for two 30 minute sets. We’ll be back with the exact info as soon as we get it ourselves. A map over the area is located at : www.paradisecity.de - [LOCATION].

As this is such a massive event we’ll have a really hard time meeting with people that are coming there to see us but you can try to reach us at the Maritim hotel in the centre of Berlin (Maritim – Berlin Mitte).

As for now we don’t have any more information regarding our presence in the US but as soon as we’re done with the Love Parade we’ll be all over that. No agreements are signed with the different promoters in US and Canada as of yet but they most probably will be pretty soon. Dates that’re in our calendar after Love Parade are (Not yet 100% confirmed) :

• August 26, Ottawa / Canada

• September 1’st, Las Vegas / USA

• September 2’nd, Los Angeles / USA

HARD TO FIND OUR RECORDS?

During the past months we’ve got a lot of people complaining about the availability of our released 12” Vinyl records and we would like your help to prevent this in the future. If you know a record store in your area that doesn’t hold our records then please let us know about it. The store can’t bee to small as it would be really hard to place records in every store in the world but as long as it’s a fairly big store there’s no problem. We’re also going to receive a list of the stores that holds our releases from the label within a week or so. Here’s the info we need from you. Send the info to : trance.control@telia.com?subject=add-store

MORE RELEASES EXPECTED!

Some time ago we released two tracks called ‘Addicted’ & ‘Deep Vibrations’ (to be found at www.mp3.com/tc & www.popwire.com?aid=a000058 ). The feedback we’ve got from these tracks has been very positive and when I last spoke to our contact at FLASH TRAXX he told me that he’s really interested in those tracks and the chance that we get to release them on either CD or Vinyl is pretty big. Stay tuned for more info on this soon!

That’s all for this time fellows!

Take care and be well

Best regards

DjC & WennE
