Background
Calvin Clarke was a club percussionist on bongos, billed as from the UK and based in Denmark. According to his own site, he came to Denmark around 1990 from Switzerland, where he had been a DJ, worked with the singer Lydia and the band Jox from 1997, took up bongos about two years later and in 1999–2000 worked with DJ Aligator. At the time
In early 2004 his site said he was touring with the Danish dance band Cargo. That year he was announced as percussionist on the float at the Berlin Love Parade with trance[]control, which was cancelled, and the Massive flyer for 19 November billed him, as Calvin Clark, for percussion in the VIP area.
