Talk

Talk to the band, and to each other

Write about the music, a gig you were at, one of the stories, or anything else. There are no accounts: give a name, write, and it is shown at once. The band reads what is written and answers here.

To write to the band privately: alex@trancecontrol.com.

How it works

  • Talk is run by the band: Alexander Carlborg, Gothenburg, Sweden. What you write is public at once, under the name you give and the day you wrote it. Any name will do; it does not have to be your real one.
  • There are no accounts, and no e-mail address is asked for. The site keeps the name, the text (at most 4,000 characters), the time and the page it was written on. See Privacy.
  • Spam is kept out by a test your browser passes while you write, and by a limit on how often one can write. Web addresses are shown as text and never made into links.
  • A message that gives the band's name as its writer, contains an e-mail address or a phone number, or has several web addresses waits until the band has looked at it. The band's own messages are marked the band.
  • Write nothing about anyone else that they would not want public: their contact details, private matters, accusations. The band removes that, spam, and anything against the law.
  • Want something you wrote removed? Write to alex@trancecontrol.com and say which message.

The band's forum of 2003–2004 and the guestbook of its MP3 Vault are preserved in the Time Machine: the forum · the guestbook of 2004.
