Background
Massimo was an Italian-born techno DJ and producer from the Ruhr area who from 1992 played clubs such as the Warehouse in Cologne, the Boot, Tresor and U60311 in Frankfurt. His tracks were on the club's 1994 compilation Warehouse Allstars, made with its resident and regular guest DJs, and he released records under several names on labels such as Superfly, Compressed, Søk and Primate. At the time
In 2000 Compressed released his 12-inch Kasuistik, and in October 2000 his DJ mix At The Wheels Of Steel came out on Galvanic. In August 2000 he was billed at S.O'Neal's birthday party at the Warehouse in Cologne. [1, 2, 3]
Later
He mixed Definition Of Techno (2002) and Definition Of Techno Vol. 2 (2003) for the label Alphabet City and kept releasing records until at least 2009. [1]
